They are seeking a forward-thinking Accountant with strong Business Partnering experience to act as the conduit between Finance and Operations.
The role involves working closely with the FD/CFO and SLT on Reporting, Forecasting, and ad-hoc projects, with key responsibilities including accurate financial reporting and leadership in costing and commercial operations.
Candidates should be CIMA/ACCA qualified with experience in manufacturing businesses and advanced Excel skills, along with leadership and business partnering experience.

About The Company:An established and respected global company in a fast-paced industry, they part of a large international group with significant development plans.The Role:Acting as the conduit between Finance and Operations, this role would suit a forward-thinking Accountant with strong Business Partnering experience. The position will see the right person working closely with the FD/ CFO and SLT, leading on all Reporting and Forecasting as well as ad-hoc projects.Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the UK MD and FD to ensure key weekly financials are accurately reported.
Being a hands-on and key member of the team, partnering closely with the output team.
Leading on all matters relating to costing and commercial operations.
Developing and guiding the finance forecasting, including costing and actuals analysis.

Desirable Skills:

CIMA/ ACCA Qualified with a demonstrable background in Manufacturing Businesses.
Advanced Excel User
Demonstrable background in leadership and business partnering.
