Exciting opportunity to join a world class media group at a time of growth and investment. This is an amazing opportunity for an ACA or ACCA making a first move from practice, to join a dynamic, highly driven finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance duties will include:-
Responsibilities of the Financial Accountant:-
- Preparation of statutory year end accounts
- Liaising with the auditors
- Preparation of schedules for tax and disclosures
- Month end close and consolidations
- IFRS and UK GAAP reporting
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Requirements of the Financial Accountant:-
- ACA or ACCA qualified, first class academic and practice trained
- Excellent systems skills including Excel to an advanced level
- Exceptional communication skills
