An exciting opportunity has opened for a Financial Controller at a very well-established organisation based in the Mid-Kent area. You'll have complete responsibility for the Finance department and will be reporting to the Directors of the business.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation of annual Budgets and Forecasts
- Preparation of Management Accounts and Statutory Accounts
- Monthly Balance Sheet and P&L
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Managing the finance team and overseeing aspects such as Credit Control
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, HMRC, Companies House
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a similar position
- Be AAT qualified as a minimum
- Be approachable and sociableÂ
- Have advanced Excel knowledge
- Need to drive due to the location
