The Role

You will be responsible for processing vendor invoices and employee expenses across multiple legal entities. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Processing and coding vendor invoices in various currencies.
  • Reviewing and processing employee expense claims in line with company policy.
  • Preparing supplier statement reconciliations and investigating any variances.
  • Managing supplier invoice queries and handling employee credit cards.
  • Preparing bi-weekly and ad hoc payment runs.
  • Supporting the Finance team with ad hoc requests.
