The Role
You will be responsible for processing vendor invoices and employee expenses across multiple legal entities. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Processing and coding vendor invoices in various currencies.
- Reviewing and processing employee expense claims in line with company policy.
- Preparing supplier statement reconciliations and investigating any variances.
- Managing supplier invoice queries and handling employee credit cards.
- Preparing bi-weekly and ad hoc payment runs.
- Supporting the Finance team with ad hoc requests.
