Accounts Assistant. OUR CLIENT are a Kent based firm of Chartered Surveyors and they are looking for an Accounts Assistant to come on board to join their team and work on the Corporate accounts.
THE ROLE:
- Responsible for inputting invoices onto the system.
- Preparing daily bank reconciliation.
- Preparing credit card reconciliations.
- Post income, as per bank statement, and from cheques received. Deposit cheques in Nat West bank on a daily basis.
- Responsible for Credit Control and chasing payments.
- Process payments.
THE PERSON: To apply for this role, you will have:
- Good experience of Purchase and Sales Ledger.
- Able to work independently.
- Happy to work 5 days in the office.
- Experience of Xero would be ideal.
