  • Handling accounts payable and receivable invoices.
  • Checking for any customer changes and ensuring that invoices are accurate and future orders updated accordingly
  • Completing periodic bank reconciliations.
  • Assisting with budget preparation.
  • Assistant with Billing and Credit Control
  • Assist with Month End.
  • Ensuring the company's financial systems are accurate and up to date.
  • Preparing VAT returns.
  • Assisting with audits and resolving any discrepancies or financial issues.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
