Description
- Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
- Support a busy accounts function
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Support the Accounting & Finance team in daily tasks.
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
Profile
A successful Junior Accounts Assistant should have:
- An interest in a career in accountancy and/or AAT studies
- Strong familiarity with finance regulations, company policies, and accounting processes.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong mathematical skills and an analytical mind.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
