I am seeking a Freight Coordinator to join my clients award winning team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the freight industry, strong attention to detail and knowledge of importing and exporting processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities as a Freight Coordinator:

  • Manage the entire process of freight coordination including both exports and imports.
  • Coordinate and oversee customs clearance procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information.
  • Liaise with clients, carriers, and third parties to ensure efficient and effective logistics operations.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.

Required Skills for the Freight Coordinator role:

  • A dynamic individual with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs – Grade A-C (or equivalent).
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Motivated to learn and grow within the industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the freight industry is essential.
