With over 50 years' experience, our client has gained an excellent reputation working with clients across the UK as well as Europe. The successful Project Architect will get exposure to a variety of projects as our client has a diverse portfolio which includes Commercial, Residential, Leisure, and Education projects. They are offering a competitive salary of up to 50,000 in addition to a range of benefits including hybrid working, bonus schemes, generous annual leave, private healthcare, paid training/ progression plans and professional fees.
Project Architect Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging between 45,000- 55,000 DOE

Project Architect Job Overview
- Deliver various projects within a variety of sectors
- Work on various Residential, Commercial, Leisure and Education projects (Typically between the values of 500k to 15m)
- Run Projects from Inception to Completion
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project goals are met
- Contribute to the development of design proposals and presentations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest building regulations and industry best practice
Project Architect Job Requirements
- Registered Architect (ARB or RIBA)
- Strong project running skills
- Good knowledge with Revit
- Knowledge of the Building Safety Act would be advantageous
- Live within a commutable distance of Maidstone
