The successful Project Architect will get exposure to a variety of projects as our client has a diverse portfolio which includes Commercial, Residential, Leisure, and Education projects. Project Architect Salary & Benefits

Competitive salary ranging between 45,000- 55,000 DOE

Project Architect Job Overview

Deliver various projects within a variety of sectors
Work on various Residential, Commercial, Leisure and Education projects (Typically between the values of 500k to 15m)
Run Projects from Inception to Completion
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project goals are met

Contribute to the development of design proposals and presentations
Stay up-to-date with the latest building regulations and industry best practice

Project Architect Job Requirements

Registered Architect (ARB or RIBA)
Strong project running skills
Good knowledge with Revit
Knowledge of the Building Safety Act would be advantageous
Live within a commutable distance of Maidstone
