You will be responsible for overseeing a small team of experienced Account Executives, where duties will include, but not be limited to, overseeing workflow, ensuring relevant training is provided, coaching, mentoring and 121s. In addition, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of 4/ 5 large corporate clients, which can be allocated in line with your experience, strengths and ambitions.
Whilst previous managerial experience would certainly be welcome, we will very much consider experienced Account Executives (who have perhaps had some non-official mentoring / coaching experience), who are ready to step up into an official leadership role. Most importantly, you’ll be fair, approachable and inspiring, with a genuine passion for developing others.It is essential that you have experience of working as an Account Executive. Whilst this need not extend to previously managing clients generating £50K+ fees, it is essential that you have dealt with some larger commercial risks and that you can demonstrate the enthusiasm and ability to deal with more complex, major corporate risks. You must be a polished communicator who is able to secure 'buy-in’ from corporate clients across a variety of industry sectors.
