My client operate in the Health/Wellness/Consumer Electronics and Small Domestic Appliances space - with very successful brands in the space. The role will be across their Brands.

Description

The successful Brand Lead - Amazon Vendor + Seller (EMEA) will:

  • Responsible and accountable for the commercial health of the portfolio across Amazon EMEA
  • Targeted on Net Sales, Account Profitability, and SMART objectives
  • Excelling in all bedrock fundamentals - i.e. commercial management, business planning, forecasting, effective communication, account meeting preparation and follow up, cross functional working
  • Effective Relationship Building - externally and internally with key stakeholders
  • Forecasting - drives the internal forecast for each line - using account history, account input and insight.
  • Promotion Planning for the portfolio - knows how to invest and how to be discerning and how to evaluate
  • Optimize promotional activity to ensure maximum transparency of the products whilst delivering the best return on investment, sales & profit
  • Range Management - lead the Range Review cycle on the portfolios using insights from Business Intelligence lead
  • Product/Category knowledge - becomes expert in market/product and category knowledge and can input effectively.
  • Effective and timely communication - to customer, to colleagues, to other teams
  • Developing customer relationships throughout the channel, on a buying, marketing, and operational basis
  • Understand and be involved in the supply chain - understanding efficient logistics and how to drive continuous improvement in this area.
  • Deliver sales performance against an individual target, on both a quantitative and a qualitative nature
  • Use data to make informed decisions and present balanced challenge
  • Management of account/channel promotional plan and budget/terms accruals
  • Execution of product launch activities as dictated by marketing team and brand lead
  • Work with Amazon marketing support (Push/Pull), digital marketing, and product teams to co-ordinate new product launch plans on Amazon.
  • Co-ordination of Sell-Through strategies within the account - focusing on discoverability
  • Capture and disseminate market share information working closely with Business Intelligence leads

Desirable:Advanced MS skills i.e. Excel, Power BI

Profile

The successful Brand Lead - Amazon Vendor + Seller (EMEA) will have:

  • Proven trackrecord in managing Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.
  • AMS understanding and insight of Amazon Media tools
  • Can get to their Tonbridge, Kent Office (HYBRID)
