Key Responsibilities:- Match, batch, and code sales ledger invoices.
- Match, code, and batch purchase ledger invoices.
- Efficiently scan invoices into the system.
- Send out remittance advices to suppliers.
- Maintain and update the accounts email inbox regularly.
- Scan, photocopy, and file accounts-related paperwork diligently.
- No prior experience as an Accounts Administrator required, but a strong passion for numbers and accounts is essential.
- Interest in pursuing an accountancy qualification is highly desirable.
- Must be fully committed to working in an office-based environment.
- Available to start immediately without any notice period.
