My client, a well-established and rapidly growing organisation, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join their forward-thinking business based in Mid-Kent.
Duties will include:•   Line management of a team of Accounts Receivable Assistants •   Ensuring sales invoices across multiple sites are raised accurately and on time•   Regularly reviewing and sending out customer statements •   Following up on overdue invoices and escalating when required•   Identifying any overdue accounts by monitoring the AR aging reports•   Dealing with customer queries and disputes
The successful candidate will:•   Have strong Accounts Receivable knowledge and experience•   Have previously supervised a team •   Have excellent attention to detail, communication and analytical skills •   Be a hard-working individual with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment
