Production Operative
Maidstone (outskirts drivers with own transport only)
Monday to Friday 7am 4pm (40 hours per week)

Are you physically fit, practically minded with a solid career history demonstrating loyalty and reliability?

Working as a Production Operative for this established business, you will be:
- Part of a busy team working in a factory environment to production targets
- Carrying out a variety of duties, with flexibility to work in other teams where necessary
- Using machinery safely
- Operating a forklift
- Ensuring that packages are properly sealed and meet customer specifications
- Preparing shipments for timely and accurate delivery
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Recent experience in a similar role within manufacturing
- A counterbalance forklift licence
- A good level of physical fitness
- The ability to read and write in English
- Basic IT skills
- Great communication skills with a positive attitude
- A solid working history demonstrating a track record of loyalty and integrity
