New business Account handler

Maidstone hybrid (2 to 3 days a week in the office)

£32,500 basic salary plus benefits package

Barker Munro recruitment is seeking an ambitious New Business Account Handler to join a professional and dynamic team in Maidstone. If you have a passion for sales, this is the opportunity for you. Be part of a world-class organisation that values collaboration and inclusion.

You will join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding service to our clients who also promote personal and professional growth. This is a full-time, permanent position with the option to work 2-3 days per week in the Maidstone office for a balanced work experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Create plans and strategies to deliver new insurance schemes to deliver growth and support plans in the schemes arena.
  • Delivery of 2 new schemes per annum, a scheme being recognised through the delivery of £250,000 retained income on an annual basis
  • Instigate research to ascertain feasibility of new scheme development and market test to create strategic forecast and growth plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales & business development experience gained in an insurance background.
  • Proven track record in building B2B relationships.
  • Excellent experience, knowledge, and key contact relationships in the insurance sector.
