Business Intelligence Analyst - £300 to £350 PD - Outside IR 35 – Fully Remote Our trusted partner is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong understanding of Power BI, SSRS/SSIS, and exposure to health-related data to join the BI team on a 12-month contract, paying between £300 and £350 PD on a fully remote contract for 12 months outside IR 35. The chosen candidate will have proven hands-on experience in SQL / PowerBI across the Microsoft Stack, and it would be highly beneficial if the chosen BIA has project experience integrating a telephony API with a SaaS product. Core responsibilities:
  • You will be providing proof of concepts for data warehouse and SQL Server analysis production to the data warehouse team performance to a wide range of internal and external staff, guiding them on a particular course of action that is understandable to various audiences.
  • Assist in planning proposed changes to and redesigns of statistical, epidemiological, information, and managerial policies and procedures that impact other areas.
  • Support maintaining dashboards, data warehouses, and other data analytical toolsets plus the SQL Reporting Services platform (including associated Web Report Repository), supporting end-user participation and understanding across the organization.
Core technical expertise:
  • Domain industry experience within health-related data or NHS-related data is a must-have.
  • Project experience integrating a telephony API system with a SaaS-based product would be highly desirable.
  • Experience using advanced computer software (e.g., Simul8, SQL, MS Excel) to create complex statistical queries/data models is essential.
  • Experience in providing self-service tools using products like PowerBI/Tableau/QlikView and being able to support such a development is essential
  • The ability to provide high-quality information, analytical interpretation, intelligent modeling, and technical knowledge of SQL and Power BI is essential.
