Security Officer

Join us as an Security Officer at the Maidstone NHS Trust where you will be required to carry out duties in a busy environment no two days will be the same and you will have the opportunity to carve out a career with the biggest name in security.

The rate of pay is £13.29 per hour.

This is a full-time permanent role. Working days, nights and weekends, 6 days on, 3 days off and 6 nights on, 3 days off and rotates.

Your Time at Work
As a Security Officer your duties will include:

- Meet and greeting staff and visitors and ensuring they adhere to the required security protocols
- Conducting searches where required
- Patrolling the premises
- Dealing with security incidents
- Communicating with police if necessary

Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Security Officer will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. Good IT knowledge is also key.

You MUST have a full UK driving license and access to your own transport and hold a Door Supervisor License or Close Protection License. Good English both written and spoken is ESSENTIAL due to paperwork and incident forms you will need to fill out. You also must be physically fit and capable.
