- Operational responsibility and ensuring efficient service delivery and planning, through the implementation and development of effective systems and processes.
- Health and safety and compliance accountability.
- Assessing the validity of warranty claims.
- Technical involvement and support of staff with technical guidance on repairs and maintenance.
- Managing customer relationships as required.
- Working towards service centre sales and performance targets.
- 75% operational, 25% commercial.
- A technical background with an understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics and engine systems.
- A technical servicing sector background.
- An aftersales / commercial skillset, with experience of working towards revenue targets.
- Comfortable operating in a physically demanding role, as required.
- A track record of successful people management of service engineers.
- Commutable to Maidstone.
