A well respected and established Pension Administration and Actuarial firm operating in the UK have an opportunity for a Senior Pension Administrator to join their Kent based team on a hybrid working basis. The role will be to a portfolio of clients, preparing manual and computer-generated benefit calculations and related correspondence.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Dealing with pension scheme members, explaining how their pension works, handling complex calculations and keeping up to date with changes in the world of pensions.
  • Join a friendly team committed to making the complex world of pensions clear and accessible to members, trustees and employers.

What we need from you/ what you will receive in return

  • Good DB pensions administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to express complicated ideas in a concise and clear way.
  • Ability to calculate pensions and interpret scheme rules
  • Proven and significant experience dealing with DB and DC occupational schemes
  • Good awareness of legislative issue
  • Flexible working options including some homeworking and flexibility in your working day to accommodate your commute or family commitments
  • Full support with training and development opportunities
