Parts Telesales Representative
Up To £28k Basic + Bonus

Are you enthusiastic about automotive parts and delivering exceptional customer service? Our client is seeking a dedicated Parts Telesales Representative to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Inquiries: Handle inbound calls from customers seeking automotive parts and assistance.
- Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding support to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders and verifying they receive the correct parts.
- Desk-Based Role: Operate from a desk, managing calls and queries effectively.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Saturdays: Work 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Sales experience is an advantage
- Previous experience in automotive parts
