- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the customer service department and ensure that high levels of customer service are met across the business
- Take ownership of complaints and provide well thought out solutions
- Conduct regular 1-2-1’s, appraisals and reviews with the entirety of the department; identify areas of improvement, development plans and training
- Mentor and coach the team, be a positive leader, providing support to the team when required
- Work with various departments across the business, staying informed about the business needs
- 5+ years’ experience in a Managerial role
- Strong leadership skills, likeable and personable, with the ability to motivate a team
- Strong technical skills, able to pick up various CRM systems
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Organised and proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude
