Sonic Summary

24-7 Recruitment Services is seeking Class 2 HGV drivers for home deliveries in the Maidstone area.
The position requires a minimum of 6 months of driving experience and offers a PAYE rate of £17.17 per hour, with overtime paid at £25.75 after 48 hours.
Drivers will work a set rota of 4 on 2 off or 5 on 2 off, which includes some weekends, and will be responsible for manual handling and furniture assembly as needed.
Candidates must hold a valid Class 2/C license, Tacho and CPC cards, and have no more than 6 penalty points on their driving record.

CLASS 2 HGV DRIVERS

24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for Class 2 HGV drivers for a well known client based in the Maidstone area (ME16 0LE) - Home deliveries with driver's mate, manual handling/lifting is part of the job.

Set rota (some weekends included).

This position is a multi-drop position

Shift pattern is:

4 on 2 off on / 5on 2off - a rota pattern including weekends.

PAYE rates for Class 2 HGV driver:

£ 17.17 per hour

Overtime paid after 48 weekly hours: £ 25.75

Class 2 drivers will be required:

*MINIMUM 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED*

Hold valid a Class 2 / C License
No more than 6 points (No DD's, DR's, TT's or IN's)
Hold valid Tacho and CPC cards
Immediate starts available
Home delivery of furniture
Some furniture assembly work will be required (as and when required)
Must be presentable in appearance
Professional manner as customer facing
Class 2 driver will undergo 2 days training prior to commencing work
All routes are double manned with a drivers mate
