My client is looking for an established 2nd fix Carpenter to join their team, offering the security of long term work where you will never have to look for work or price work again. Immediate start based in Kent.
Your role will involve but not be limited to:
- Measuring, cutting, shaping and smoothing wood and other materials according to specifications
- Constructing and installing frameworks, furniture, cabinets, windows, doors, roofs and other structures
- Reading blueprints, drawings and sketches to grasp requirements
- Sourcing materials and preparing estimates
- Performing repairs and renewals
- Working in various areas of construction and helping other trades with woodworking projects
About you:
- Have the correct CITB qualifications for the position (CSCS Card, EMS, SMSTS, First Aid at Work)
- Own tools/vehicle
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Must be able to drive
