Exciting Career Opportunity in Family Law - Kent Area (Maidstone/Cranbrook/Tonbridge)

Are you a Family Paralegal (with 2 years' experience) or a Legal Executive/Solicitor (with at least 1 year PQE) looking for a new challenge? A fantastic, family-oriented firm with an excellent reputation is seeking to expand its team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a caseload of Family Law matters, including divorce, relationship breakdowns, children issues, domestic abuse, and more
  • Draft correspondence and court documents, including applications and statements
  • Communicate with clients, third parties, and the Court
  • Provide client advice and assistance, both remotely and in person
  • Liaise with Counsel and manage the Court Portal

What They Are Looking For:

  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Organised and proactive, able to manage your workload independently
  • IT literate (experience with Case Management Systems is a plus)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Solicitors Accounts Rules
