We're looking for a strong, confident, and driven Sous Chef to support our talented Head Chef in overseeing our stunning restaurant and occasional events. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role, working closely with the senior team to craft exciting menus and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Experience in a high-end restaurant

Confidence in managing BOH paperwork, stock control, and kitchen due diligence

Event experience is a bonus but not essential
