Data and GDPR Officer (1LOD)Location: Kings Hill, Kent (Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office)As Data and GDPR Officer (1LOD), you will:
  • Ensure GDPR compliance in business-as-usual activities and strategic projects, including Bank Transformation.
  • Promote a strong data protection culture by implementing best practices like data processing principles, subject rights, and security measures.
  • Investigate, report, and manage data breaches and incidents.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including 2LOD, to meet regulatory and organisational goals.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in data protection
  • Professional expertise and knowledge in data protection laws and practices.
  • Extensive experience in a financial services regulated environment.
  • Proven success in implementing best-practice data processes, enhancing client experience and compliance.
