  • They’re looking for a Brand Development Manager to spearhead the growth of this challenger retail brand.

Brand Development Manager:

  • Lead the development and expansion of a new brand, driving its commercial marketing strategy.
  • Craft and execute the marketing plan, analysing market trends and building retail partnerships.
  • Oversee the brand’s journey from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive the brand’s D2C strategy, with a focus on health and wellbeing.
  • Manage the brand’s social media presence, executing campaigns to enhance visibility.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing/sales, preferably within branded food or beverages.
  • Proven success in driving growth and marketing campaigns for challenger brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media, trends, and best practices, with experience using management tools and advertising platforms.
  • Motivated leader with a passion for brand ownership and client relationships.
  • Eligible to work in the UK and possess a full, clean driving license.
