Your new roleAs a Business Development Manager you will be involved with generating leads for corporate hospitality services, building client relationships and driving new business. Using data intelligence technology within the business you will be involved in cold business development to create relationships. Researching and identifying prospective corporate clients in target industries, you will use data analytic platforms to engage and understand their corporate hospitality needs. A consultative approach to sales while building trust and relationships and working closely with this small team to hit key sales metrics.What you'll need to succeedStrong sales background along with being comfortable managing their own workload and cold calling. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to craft persuasive pitches. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. What you'll get in returnSalary offering between £35,000 to £40,000 per annum with a competitive uncapped commission.
