Simon Acres Recruitment are working with a well-regarded and forward-thinking company, who are looking for a Contracts Area Sales Manager to cover the South.
Salary: Paying a basic of between £45,000 - £60,000, plus bonus and company car or car allowance.
Covering: The South of the UK (London, Kent, Guildford, Watford and down).
Key responsibilities:
• Managing existing customer relationships• Prospecting, building and developing new business• Selling Kitchens into the contracts market• Working closely with housing and high-rise developers within the private market• Building strong business relationships • Implementing and full exposure to new CRM system • Travelling to head office every 3-6 months for sales meetings• Working closely with the design team to understand customer briefs • Full involvement with key members of the contracts department including; managers, customer care and the design team
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven track record within field sales - selling kitchens into private developers • Experience of dealing with Regional House Builders, National House Builders, House Building Contractors, or High-Rise Developers• Sales Account Management experience• Ability to build and strengthen customer relationships• Strong network and relationships within the contract market• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills• Results-oriented mindset with a drive for success • Ability to demonstrate a tenacious and resilient mindset• Be able to manage time and priorities effectively• Must hold a valid and clean driving licence • Flexible with business travel requirements
