KRG's client, a leading full-service digital agency based in Maidstone, Kent, is seeking an experienced Digital PR Manager to join their growing and established team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking agency that offers flexibility with hybrid working and even the option for a 4-day working week!

About the Role:

As a Digital PR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative PR strategies that elevate the client's presence across digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including paid media, SEO and content, to deliver successful campaigns that generate media coverage, enhance brand visibility, and engage target audiences. Clients span a range of industries including travel, charities, sport, eCommerce and healthcare alongside others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital PR strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and content to secure high-quality media coverage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to maximise media opportunities.
  • Monitor media coverage and analyse PR campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and social media teams to ensure integrated campaign strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital PR best practices, and competitor activities.
  • Lead outreach efforts to secure placements, backlinks, and mentions in top-tier online publications.
  • Manage crisis communication and reputation management as needed.
  • Provide strategic input and support for new business pitches and client presentations.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring high standards of PR output.

  • Proven experience in digital PR, with a track record of developing and executing successful PR strategies.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging press releases and pitches.
