As the Key Account Manager, you will work with existing MSP channel partners in order to maximise revenue through selling cloud solutions and services. This is a field based role covering London and SE England - you will spend 3 days/week on site with your clients, with 2 days/week working from home.

Description

As the Key Account Manager, your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience as the main point of contact for your MSP clients.
  • Defend and retain your cohort of aligned partner businesses, ensuring they maintain their ongoing run-rate.
  • Work closely with partners on cloud adoption and presenting new product propositions.
  • Build deep and manage ongoing relationships with an account portfolio of 30-50 cloud accounts.
  • Support partners with Go-To-Market activity, such as marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Champion your partners to suppliers to ensure they leverage supplier programs and funding.
  • Provide reporting on customer performance, and present with regular cadence.
  • Ensure you manage pipelines and report regularly on the progress of campaigns directly to the Growth Sales Manager.
  • Ensure your KPIs are being met and achieved as set out by your manager.
  • Be present at industry events, round-tables, workshops, and seminars (travel required).

Profile

The successful Key Account Manager applicant will have the following:

  • Proven experience in channel sales.
  • Experience of selling cloud, cyber-security or SaaS solutions.
  • Proven experience of bringing set annual MRR targets.
  • Highly customer focused.
  • Sales and results focused.
  • Happy working in a fast-paced environment.
