THE JOB

This exciting Marketing & Communications Manager job’s main focus is to co-design, coordinate and execute all internal and external regional marketing activities and projects that support regional sales goals, strategic initiatives, support our value proposition. The marketing and communication manager executes flawlessly marketing and communication plans, coordinates actions to achieve performance (demand generation, MQL, open rate, CTR…) in line with the objectives and on budget. The Marketing and communication manager measures effectiveness and reports ROI to get the best and the most out of marketing and communication activities. The objective of the position is to increase the organisations brand awareness and preference with multi-channel communication to customers supporting our unique value proposition.

Your duties will include:

  • Provide inputs, ideas to marketing and communication plans definition. Bring creativity, innovation in designing plans, interacting with customers, promoting product and services
  • Build and manage cross-channel, multi-platform campaigns, from design to execution, for market communications, including product launches, tradeshows, seminars, newsletters, webinars, podcasts.
  • Manage external tradeshows/ events from A to Z coordinating teams and suppliers
  • Create content (written, visual) enabling to make accessible and attractive technical data, promote product services and value proposition
  • Formalise, document and coordinate plans
  • Understand the importance of prioritisation and multitasking when managing multiple plans/campaigns simultaneously
  • When required, contribute to global Marketing projects/ strategic initiatives/ 3-year plan process. Collaborates with the Global Communications team and other regions’ Communications Managers to support effective delivery of Global and Regional market communications plans and promotional objectives in an effective way, meeting corporate guidelines.
  • Champion and promote marketing efficiencies and effectiveness (blueprint, canvas, sharing best practices, measurement culture…)
  • Monitor KPI’s and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s Degree required with concentration in Business Administration, Marketing or Technical discipline, strongly preferred. Ability to understand scientifically excipient product application and performance.
  • Min 5 year of marketing or communication or portfolio management functions experience required with Pharma/nutra/excipient experience
  • Proven experience of planning, defining, and directing effective marketing communications activities across all media, with strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Youtube…)
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • Passion for marketing, driving demand, growth
  • Excellent organisation skills - Ability to prioritize- project management skills
  • Adaptability, flexibility
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint, CRM
  • Collaborative, team player, proactive and responsive
  • Willingness to travel up to 5-10% of the time
