Nursery Assistants in Medway and Maidstone

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Nursery Assistants in the Medway and Maidstone areas. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

Responsibilities: - Assisting with the daily care and supervision of children aged 0-5 years old:

- Creating a stimulating and engaging environment through the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities.

- Supporting children's physical, emotional, and social development.

- Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and reporting to senior staff members. - Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the nursery premises at all times.

- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements: - A genuine passion for working with children.

- Previous experience in a childcare setting is desirable, but not essential.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- A flexible and adaptable approach to work.

- A willingness to undergo relevant training and development opportunities.
