Your primary responsibility will be to direct and manage vehicle and pedestriantraffic, maintaining a safe and organised environment.
TrafficMarshallKey Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage the flow of vehicles and pedestrians on site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, pedestrians, and site personnel.
- Assist with site access and egress, ensuring that vehicles enter and exit the site safely.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to the site supervisor.
- Maintain clear and concise records of alltrafficmovements.
- Work closely with other site personnel to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Provide clear instructions to drivers and pedestrians to prevent accidents.
TrafficMarshallRequirements:
- Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
- TrafficMarshall/Banksman certification.
- A73 Plant and Vehicle Marshall (essential)
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to give clear, concise instructions.
- A proactive and safety-first approach to work.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- High level of attention to detail.
