  • Structures estimating/pricing (painting, inspection, pointing etc. of stadia/bridges/buildings)
  • Ability to use and manipulate complex excel spreadsheets.
  • Self-motivated with the drive to win work
  • Attend client sites for tender evaluation
  • Prepare pricing programmes for submissions

The Person:

  • A background in construction with site skills preferable.
  • Degree educated preferable. Equivalent relevant construction qualifications also considered (HND, BTec etc).
  • Estimating experience in Construction
  • Full UK Driver's License
