We are a leading construction firm specializing in residential projects, committed to delivering high-quality results. We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical aspects of residential projects across various sites in London. Your duties will include:
- Managing mechanical installations and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Developing and reviewing Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors on site.
- Developing project timelines and budgets.
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
- Reporting directly to senior management on project status.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in residential projects.
- Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or project management.
- Strong knowledge of RAMS and experience in preparing them.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in client interactions.
- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
Work Schedule:
The Mechanical Project Manager will work from the office 1-2 days a week, with the remaining time spent visiting various sites in London.
