Sub Agent

About the Role:As a Sub Agent, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of water treatment solutions for a major project. You will provide technical expertise, lead engineering teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

As a Sub Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical guidance and expertise on water treatment processes, technologies, and equipment
  • Supervise all works to ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained
  • Ensure all Risk Assessments and Methodology Statements are in place
  • Developing conceptual designs, detailed engineering drawings, and specifications for water treatment systems
  • Be able to identify any design issues and raise these to the attention of the Project Manager and Commercial Team whilst providing solutions
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical challenges, identifying potential risks, and implementing solutions to optimise performance
  • Maintain programme and identify opportunities
  • Ensuring projects comply with all relevant water treatment regulations, industry standards, and safety requirements
  • Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and progress
  • Maintain a full and accurate daily site diary, including any specialist attendance and any changes/ variations

What we are looking for:

  • A proven track record as a Sub Agent or similar role within the water treatment industry
  • Recognised Civil Engineering or Site Management Qualification
  • CSCS Management
  • First Aid
  • SSSTS
  • A valid UK driving license
