Quality Assurance Surveyor/Building Surveyor Location - Kent based GBP45,000 P/A We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Surveyor/Building Surveyor to join my reputable client within the Electrical and Building Services. The purpose of this role will be to produce a high-level, professional quality assurance service under the supervision of the Building and Planning Manager. Your responsibilities will involve performing regular site inspections to evaluate workmanship and construction standards, as well as providing recommendations on corrective actions as needed. This is a full-time, permanent position, consisting of working hours between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Although this is an office-based position, regular visits to sites will be essential, therefore a car allowance will be provided. Main duties included, but not limited to: 路 Conducting post-inspection reports for portfolio projects, specialist works, HHSRS, and day-to-day repairs. 路 Evaluating Disabled Adaptations and HHSRS regulations to provide remedies to dangers. 路 Provide day-to-day assistance/surveys for building projects as needed 路 Site visits and inspections. 路 Write specifications as needed. 路 Communicating with essential clients and customers. 路 Communicating with suppliers and subcontractors. 路 Follow and ensure compliance with companys Health & Safety policies and procedures. 路 Take responsibility for your own and others' health and safety while working. 路 Collaborate with the HSEQ Manager to ensure that enough resources are available for health and safety standards. 路 Encourage leadership and commitment to business H&S.
