Join a leading London-based consultancy as a Commercial Manager and work on an innovative energy and utilities project in Kent. Day-to-day of the role:- Regular on-site work in Kent, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
- Lead the internal change control process.
- Evaluate claims and variations.
- Draft contractual correspondence.
- Assess payment requests and prepare payment certificates.
- Prepare responses to programme updates.
- Conduct cost forecasting and reporting.
- Experience in energy and utilities projects, ideally within natural gas.
- Background in working for a client or consultancy within infrastructure.
- Ability to work on-site in Kent.
- Degree qualified, ideally within a construction-related discipline.
- MRICS preferred but not essential.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
