We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused individual to join our client, working within the beauty and fashion industry, as a Senior Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Act as the primary contact for French-speaking clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Client Strategy: Develop and implement tailored account strategies to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
- Order & Project Oversight: Manage customer orders and projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Customer Support: Address and resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to enhance client experience.
- Data & Reporting: Utilise CRM systems to track account performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Mentorship: Support and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Experience: Proven experience in a senior account management or client services role, ideally in the beauty or fashion sector.
- Commercial Awareness: Strong ability to identify and act on business opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
