We are working with a bespoke property finance company to find a successful and proactive Site Sales Consultant to join their team in Pluckley. We're seeking a sales-driven, customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills and proven negotiation experience for this role.
What will you deliver?
- Proactively sell New Homes, follow up leads and book viewing appointments.
- Prepare the Show Homes for viewings.
- Respond to all enquiries in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Welcome visitors and accompany them round all site visits.
- Update internal CRM systems and provide weekly reports.
- Keep regular contact with all purchasers offering regular updates.
- Sales progressions - liaise with purchasers, agents & solicitors to make sure sales are on track.
- Ensure all personal information is managed in accordance with GDPR Guidelines.
- Keep up to date with promotions and events.
Essential/Desirable Characteristics:
- New homes sales experience, not essential
- Driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Organised and have good attention to detail
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
- Able to communicate confidently at all levels
- Proficient in IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Willing to go the extra mile
