We are working with a bespoke property finance company to find a successful and proactive Site Sales Consultant to join their team in Pluckley. We're seeking a sales-driven, customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills and proven negotiation experience for this role.

What will you deliver?

  • Proactively sell New Homes, follow up leads and book viewing appointments.
  • Prepare the Show Homes for viewings.
  • Respond to all enquiries in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Welcome visitors and accompany them round all site visits.
  • Update internal CRM systems and provide weekly reports.
  • Keep regular contact with all purchasers offering regular updates.
  • Sales progressions - liaise with purchasers, agents & solicitors to make sure sales are on track.
  • Ensure all personal information is managed in accordance with GDPR Guidelines.
  • Keep up to date with promotions and events.

Essential/Desirable Characteristics:

  • New homes sales experience, not essential
  • Driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Organised and have good attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
  • Able to communicate confidently at all levels
  • Proficient in IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Willing to go the extra mile
