EC&I Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced EC&I Team Leader to oversee the electrical, control, and instrumentation functions at an advanced industrial facility. This role is crucial in managing maintenance strategies, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and leading a team of engineers and technicians to maximise plant performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the EC&I team, ensuring effective maintenance execution.
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance to optimise plant reliability.
- Improve CMMS and maintenance planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Provide technical leadership and support fault-finding activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong EC&I maintenance experience in power, process, or heavy industry.
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience.
- Expertise in maintenance planning and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CMMS and asset management.
- HNC/HND or degree in Electrical, Control, or Instrumentation Engineering.

- A salary of £42,000-£64,000 depending on experience.Â
