EC&I Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced EC&I Team Leader to oversee the electrical, control, and instrumentation functions at an advanced industrial facility. This role is crucial in managing maintenance strategies, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and leading a team of engineers and technicians to maximise plant performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the EC&I team, ensuring effective maintenance execution.
  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance to optimise plant reliability.
  • Improve CMMS and maintenance planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
  • Provide technical leadership and support fault-finding activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong EC&I maintenance experience in power, process, or heavy industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with team management experience.
  • Expertise in maintenance planning and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with CMMS and asset management.
  • HNC/HND or degree in Electrical, Control, or Instrumentation Engineering.
