Role - Site Manager No1.
Location - Kent
Salary - £50k - £65k
I am looking for a Site manager for a established contractor for a project in Kent, ideally you'll have experience working on projects up to the value of £3m for a new build exstension project.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all works are undertaken within a safe manner
- Manage, supervise and mentor the site team
- Adopt, maintain and promote cost conscious management
- Ensure realistic scheme programmes are prepared, reviewed and updated throughout the projects duration
- Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared, reviewed, briefed and updated
- Prepare progress project reports, and ensure that method statements, risk assessments and approval documents are in place for all site activities
- Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to all the contractual requirements
- Manage subcontractors and materials
- Manage Labour and site inductions
Key Attributes:
- Having a strong background of working within the build industry
- CSCS site manager qualified
- First Aid
- Valid Full UK Driving LIcence
- Safe delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality
- Be confident working in a team and adapting to more responsibility
