Site Manager (Health & Safety Biased)

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a diligent and seasoned Site Manager with a strong focus on Health & Safety to undertake a significant role in Maidstone within the Manufacturing sector. This contract position is perfect for individuals passionate about overseeing safety protocols and capable of fostering robust team dynamics in high-pressure environments as well as running the day to day operations of the site.

Key Details:
  • Location: Maidstone
  • Type: Contract (30 weeks)
  • Schedule: 5 days per week, 7am to 5/6pm, occasional weekend work may be required
  • Start Date: Must be available to start by 14th April
  • Compensation: £450 per day
Essential Qualifications:
  • SMSTS Certification: Site Management Safety Training Scheme certification is essential.
  • NEBOSH: National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health qualification required.
  • First Aid Certification: Must be able to provide immediate care in emergency situations.
Necessary Skills:
  • IT Literacy: Proficiency in managing digital records and using software pertinent to site management tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively alongside another Site Manager due to the size of the site.
  • Decommissioning Experience: Prior experience in decommissioning work within manufacturing or similar sectors is advantageous.
