- Manage resource requirements for multiple sprinkler and wet riser installation projects based in London
- Coordinate between Sales, Operations, Engineers and Clients
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality throughout project lifecycle
- Oversee and support engineering teams on-site
- Provide technical support and advice to the estimating team
- Maintain daily contact with customers to resolve installation issues
- Conduct site and engineer audits as required
- Contribute to management reports
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to identify and implement process improvements
- Manage LOSC and subcontractor teams
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Apply knowledge of LPCB Rules for sprinkler systems
