Position: Design Manager/Senior Design Manager
Location: Kent
Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 plus car allowance/company car, private healthcare, 26 days holiday
THE COMPANY
A highly reputable Tier 1 Contractor with a nationwide presence, is seeking an experienced Design Manager/Senior Design Manager to manage and deliver design projects to the highest standard, surpassing client expectations.
THE JOB
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of designs with relevant legislation and technical requirements, while adhering to the agreed design program. Other key duties include day-to-day design management tasks.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A candidate with technical knowledge of the construction industry, who has worked on projects valued between £5-£70 million within sectors such as Commercial, Education, Leisure, Residential, MOD, and MOJ. The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent experience, excellent Excel proficiency, strong planning, organization and time management skills, and be self-motivated. Furthermore, the candidate must have a professional, consistent and fair approach to their work.
WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO
- We offer a highly competitive basic salary of circa £65,000 - £90,000 dependent on experience and level
