- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience managing projects in the water industry, including wastewater or clean water infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of water industry regulations and standards
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to project sites
- Managing all aspects of water industry projects, from initiation to completion
- Preparing project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensuring they are adhered to
- Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects effectively
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental requirements
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
- Leading regular project meetings and reporting progress to senior management and clients
- Overseeing procurement and resource allocation to ensure smooth project delivery
- Driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices in project management
